Scheduling Games

Are you having trouble scheduling Games on iScrimmage.com?

Here are some easy steps to schedule scrimmages with teams in and out of our system.

1. If you are not a registered user, sign in using a Google account from the Home Page at www.iScrimmage.com. In the sign up process, you have the opportunity to fill out game dates and time availability. This is seen by all Teams in the system. You can add more dates and times as well as schedule games to specific teams. Once registered, follow the steps below
2. If you are a Registered user, you can schedule games from your Dashboard or Games menu items on the Left of your screen. 
3. In the Games screen, Select the "Set Game Availability" and add as many game times you are available for all teams to see and accept. Enter the dates, Time the location you want to play, Home, Away or Either Home or Away. If you are traveling, enter a distance you would like to travel and hit "Add Date"
4. You also can select "Request a Specific Game". This takes you to a screen where you can select the team you want to play, game date and time and a Location you would like to play. If you do not see a team you want to play or you want to play a specific team click on "Can't find your team?...." to the right of the "Team to play" box and invite them to the system. 
5. Emails are automatically sent to any team you play as well as any team you challenge or invite. 
6. Once a team accepts your game, emails will be sent and you verify this is the game and team you want to play and the Game is set.
7. Once the game is completed, enter your scores to keep track of your record and see others as well.
8. iScrimmage.com can also assist with umpires if you need them.
9. Want to scout what teams are in your age division? Select Scrimmages on the Left menu and select "Teams". A table will appear with all the teams in the system currently. If you want to contact the coach of any team, just select the team name and send him an email or give him a call. 
10. TIP: All tables have search ability if you are looking for something specific. All columns are also selectable to manage ascending and defending order.

Messaging

1. You also can send internal messages to your team, any other Coach, player or Guardian in your team directly from the system. Make announcements or just message from the system to reach your team. Select "Messaging" from the left Menu.
